Whole 30: One Week Left (& three of my favourite snacks)
GUYS! It's almost over! Like I have said before, it is not like this has been particularly hard, I am just really looking forward to being able to not have to read every label of everything I eat. And I am so excited to go out for dinner again. And wine. I am excited for wine.
Anyways, I decided to commemorate my last week, I would share a few of my favourite Whole 30 snacks. These have really helped me so much! It is so nice to have something ready that you can grab if you are hungry, or just have the munchies.
These nuts are amazing! I have made them so many times. They are perfect to bring to a movie, so you are not tempted by the popcorn, or just bring a small bag with you during the day.
Two things: 1. I love toast. 2. I love sweet potato. Which means, these are perfect! My favourite thing to do with them is throw some mashed avocado on them with some cajun shrimp. Or, if you want it for breakfast, they are delicious with almond butter and blueberries.
These are perfect if you have the late night munchies, or want something to snack on while you watch some tv at night. Super easy, super healthy, and actually taste like you are cheating, but you are totally not.
